Social Media: Weibo
Today, I'm going to talk about a social networking application that is very popular among young People in China: Sina Weibo. As we all known, Sina Weibo is similar to North American social software: Twitter and Facebook. Sina Weibo is a relatively large social software, on which we can publish various forms of dynamics, such as short opinions, articles, pictures, videos and so on.
Now, I want to introduce this software to you from two aspects: introduction of Sina Weibo, personal Sina Weibo marketing.
Introduction of Sina Weibo:
Sina Weibo has seen explosive growth since its launch in August 2009. By the end of October 2010, Sina Weibo had more than 50 million registered users. On March 27, 2014, Sina Weibo officially changed its name to Weibo. On the evening of April 17, 2014, Sina Weibo officially landed on nasdaq.
Before I first came into contact with Weibo, most students and young people were mainly used Tencent QQ , so I came into contact with Weibo just at the good opportunity of its development. I remember that I became a user of Weibo on January 29, 2014.
In my opinion, the biggest advantage of Weibo is that the updates we post can be seen by everyone, while the updates on other social media applications can only be seen by your friends.
To a large extent, the use of Weibo increases the visibility of our daily activities and broadens our life circle. For instance, many officials, celebrities, organizations and others have opened their Weibo, we can not only follow them, but also thumb up and interact with them.
This is my Weibo, it mainly used to record my life, because I prefer to enjoy food and travel.
Personal Sina Weibo marketing:
In my opinion, there are two kinds of Weibo marketing, one is by ourselves, the other is by spending money.
By ourselves:
First, whether we want to publish our news in the form of topics, articles, pictures or videos, the first thing we need to do is to follow the latest hot topics on Weibo. The pursuit of the latest hot spot can quickly increase our dynamic exposure, allowing us to gain thumb up, comments, retweets and even fans.
Second, we should be good at using small functions in the software, we can release the dynamic process of @ stars, well-known organizations, hot topics, etc., so that our dynamic heat will increase. We can also go into chat groups and find some like-minded friends on Weibo. Moreover, we send the dynamic, in the software monitoring link, we can see all aspects of the data. Through these data, we can analyze the ecology and vitality of our Weibo.
What's more, we need to maintain the relationship in time when our Weibo has interaction. In normal times, posting a high-quality picture or video feed is much better than posting a single text feed.
Third, never post false information or unflattering information, which will get you serious punishment accordingly.
By spending money:
Spending money is one of the best ways to promote our weibo, but it may not have the optimal effect. I once spent tens of yuan to promote one of my food micro blogs. Although the page views reached nearly 20,000 times, the interactive effect was not very ideal. So, to have a good effect, you have to spend money to promote it, but not everyone accepts this.
I have never heard of this app before, it was great to be exposed to it! I find it so interesting how in different parts of the world we can use completely different platforms but have the same intention of wanting to connect our lives with others.
